Screams

Monday, January 19, 2009
Perhaps we've accepted so many favors from each other, that we've forgotten to say 'thank you'?
Perhaps we've seen each other so much, that we've forgotten to say 'hi' every time we meet?
Perhaps we're so used to each others' mistakes, that we've forgotten to say 'sorry'?
Perhaps we've be so used to each other, that we've forgotten to show that we still care?
Perhaps we've lived together for so long, that we've forgotten we're still a family?
Perhaps we've done so much for each other, we can no longer see each others' efforts?

Or perhaps... They were just mistakes on my behalf?

No. I don't believe so.

Mistakes aren't made to make the world a sinful place. Mistakes are made so that we can from it. It's human nature to err and sin. He who does not sin is God. Similarly, it's human nature to find it hard to own up to your own mistakes. It's human nature to cover up for what you've done wrong. It's human nature to find it hard to accept the truth. But those who admit to their mistakes will learn from them. They will become better, right?

So why is it that even though I've taken a step in, all I see is the indifference in your attitudes towards every matter?

Why is it that I'm always the one expected to be constantly improving and making myself better, while the rest of you just sit around shaking legs, playing with your toys, having a headache over your ever-so-important-stock-market, attending your can't-be-missed-yoga-lessons?
Are they really more important than everyone else in this.. 'family'?

Actions speak louder than words. So stop giving me your fake speeches and do something about this. Or at least, show me something about this place that is worth me wanting to truly belong to.

First Netball game tomorrow, I'm not playing but I'm freaking out! We didn't perform during match vs Cedar today. Let's hope everyone learn from today's mistakes and perform to our fullest tomorrow (:
"Never, ever underestimate our opponents!"
Haha Boh, this is our cue.

"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, NO TIME FOR LOSERS!"
:D
Go Raffles Netball, I KNOW we can do this (:

Haha oh oh oh and quote of the day from Ms Mariette Ong, during PE!

"Those who're not here raise your hands!"
