I'M BACK FROM NETBALL CAMP '08!

AND AND AND AND AND AND AND,

I LOVE RAFFLES NETBALL, a lot! :D
because we're teammates, we'll go through whatever there is, together

Awesome camp, thank yous to all the communities! (e.g. games comm. yay man)

Day 1 (day camp!)
6.10 am: Grandfather sent me to J8, where i looked like a retard carrying so much stuff. So I dumped all my stuff beside a pillar and waited for Jas. Bekah's supposed to pick us up from J8 to school at 6.30! But Jaslin didn't know which stop to alight at, and she was freaking out because she's late. ._. In the end, we reached RGS super super early, at like 6.45. Camp starts at 7.30! Haha.

When we reached school, we realised that we're the ONLY Raffles Netballers around. The rest are all from NYGH and other schools. How embarrassing! We're the hosts and yet the others were there first, hahaha.

Yay, Cdiv did very well for the carn! We won all the games O: Haha.
Everyone's improving, yay.

Bathing was gross though, the toilet was flooded -.-
My slipper was floating around when I was trying to wear my clothes! GROSSSSSS.
And I couldn't find my slippers so I had to spin around and almost fell, gross gross gross gross gross.

Overnight camp was fun too!
Appraisal was... serious.
It was the first time I had ever done this kind of stuff. Like everyone gave comments on how to improve, what not to do, what we did well and whatnot to each other. I realised that there's still wayyy many things to learn from each other. It's not only on court skills, but also discipline, patience, and team work.

Playing in a team sports is not as easy as I thought it would be. It requires a lot of communication, on and off court; understanding among the players. Someone said that if we're really a team, there should be this mutual understanding between each of us, like just by looking at each other, we would know what the other one wants to do, and there will be this common understanding that doesn't require verbal communication.
I believe we can do this, C'div '08/09! ;D

The past 2 days have been tiring for me, but I definitely learnt a lot of stuff (omg I said this again -.-) and now my team is more bonded. Farewell was fun, although I forgot my parts o.o.
IT WAS SO SAD OKAY, that's the only funny part that i got, and I totally forgot to do it.
But okay, although we aren't exactly all that close to the sec 4s, I hope all of you will have fun in RI (._.) and win the Adiv champs! ;D
